At the instruction of the Prosecutor's office of area began criminal proceedings concerning officials of one of the enterprises of the region, who deliberately avoid paying taxes on the sum over 1 million UAH (article 212 of the criminal code of Ukraine). It is developed on employees of the enterprise schema with underestimation of the invoice value of the imported vehicles and not reflection in accounting and tax reporting the full income from the sale of these vehicles on the territory of Ukraine. These actions of officials of the enterprise led to the actual shortfall in the state budget in significant amounts.
