For the procedural management of Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region completed the pre-trial investigation and sent the indictment to the court the materials of criminal proceedings on charge of the Director and engineer of technical supervision of one of the companies which are accused of taking more than 1 million 38 thousand UAH of funds. We are talking about grant funds allocated to the special programme of the European Commission on the construction of the first in Transcarpathia hospice in Vynohradiv. Recall that in 2012, funds were allocated for the creation of the hospice, which was to be commissioned before the end of December 2015. For his arrangement, funds were allocated from the regional budget, but the building was never completed in time. Moreover, it was found that in the process of construction took place financial fraud. Therefore, in the process of pre-trial investigation of the facts of abuses and misappropriation of funds was confirmed. Director and engineer of technical supervision of the society, which carried out the construction of the hospice is declared suspicion in misappropriation of another's property through abuse of their official position and forgery, committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons.
