The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region lawyer announced on suspicion of committing a criminal offence and remanded in custody (UPDATED).
The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region 21.07.2017 lawyer declared suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 5 article 27, part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine, Vinnytsia city and Vinnytsia oblast court sent the petition for election measures of restraint in form of detention. By results of consideration of the said petition by the investigating judge 22.07.2017 lawyer the measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of 60 days with possibility of bail in the amount of 134 thousand UAH. At present, on the specified fact the criminal proceedings are conducted investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at about’objectively establishing the circumstances of the criminal offense. For the committed criminal offense provided for punishment by deprivation of liberty for a term of n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
