Transfers from the State budget to the General Fund of the city budget the total 642270,7 thousand UAH. City budget (excluding the amounts of intergovernmental transfers) in January – June 2017 completed by 53.5% of the adjusted plan for the current year, received 611578,3 thousand UAH. Compared to the first half of 2016 revenues rose 146968,4 thousand UAH. or 31.6%. To the General Fund of the city budget. of Chernivtsi (excluding the volumes of interbudget transfers) received 551057,5 ths. what is 51.6% of the adjusted plan for 2017. Compared to the corresponding period in 2016 revenues rose 133150,5 thousand UAH. or 31.9%. To the special Fund of the city budget. of Chernivtsi (excluding the volumes of interbudgetary transfers) in January – June 2017 received 60520,8 thousand UAH. or 80.2% of the adjusted plan for the year (inclusive of estimated assignments for own revenues of budgetary institutions). Compared with the corresponding period last year, revenues rose 13817,9 thousand UAH. or 29.6 per cent. For the first half of current year expenditures from the General Fund of the city budget total 1057779,2 thousand UAH. Provided primary financing of protected articles of expenditures. In a timely manner and in full expenses on wages with charges, payments for the consumed energy, the payments to the population on social welfare (scholarships, preferential pensions, etc.). Wages and salaries of employees of budgetary institutions of the city during the reporting period aimed 478427,7 thousand UAH. On payments to the population for social security made expenses in the amount of 421421,8 thousand UAH. The calculations for the consumed budget institutions energy and utilities in the amount of 43819,0 thousand UAH. The costs of providing city beautification, landscaping, outdoor lighting made 47464,6 thousand UAH. On the implementation of city target programs financed from the city budget was sent 223383,6 thousand UAH. For the maintenance and repair of street-road network and surrounding roads in January-June 2017 allocated from the city budget 15226,0 thousand UAH. Development costs is provided for capital repairs, construction and reconstruction of objects socially-cultural sphere and housing and communal services amounted to 35427,6 thousand UAH.
