Chernivtsi enterprise paid 58,4 mln. income tax
Payers of income tax who are registered in Chernivtsi LIGHTS, during the first half of this year paid to the consolidated budget of 58.4 mln. including in the state budget of 49.0 mln. to the local Treasury 9.4 million UAH. Chernivtsi LIGHTS draws attention that on June 9, 2017 entered into force order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine from 28.04.2017 No. 467, which introduced changes in the forms of Declaration for tax on profit. SFS of Ukraine by the letter from 30.06.2017 ¹ 16989/7/99-99-15-02-01-17 explained the main changes in the form of a Declaration and recommended that the payers of the profit tax of enterprises that report on a quarterly basis, to file a Declaration for the half year 2017 according to the updated form. Please note that the deadline for tax declarations for tax on profit of enterprises for the first half of 2017 payers whose tax period is calendar quarter – August 9, 2017 (PP. 49.18.2 and paragraph 137.4 of the Tax code of Ukraine).
