In the Rivne region, a resident of c.Dyven 'sentenced to 9 years in prison for the murder of his wife
Workers Koretsky Department of Zdolbuniv the local Prosecutor's office provided procedural guidance pre-trial investigation and maintaining public prosecution in the criminal proceedings concerning 50-the summer inhabitant of the village of Dyven' who committed premeditated murder. At the stage of pre-trial investigation produced during the court presented overwhelming evidence that the citizen, being in an alcohol intoxication, in December 2016, during a family quarrel was beaten to death by his wife. He struck it numerous blows with hands and feet on various parts of the body and one stab in the stomach. From the received traumas the woman died. The court, examining all the circumstances of the criminal offense, having heard the witnesses and of the parties in criminal proceedings, agreed with the arguments of the public Prosecutor and found the man guilty of committing a crime under part 1 of article 115 UK of Ukraine (premeditated murder). According to the verdict of Koretsky district court a man was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 9 years.
