The status of pending requests for information in the Prosecutor's office in Volyn region for the first half of 2017
For the six months of the current year in Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has received 41 requests for public information, 33 – by e-mail. According to the results of their review of 34 requests are satisfied and the interviewer provided information on four queries, the decision about refusal in providing information on three requests granted rose’explanations. Provides information on 17 of the requests were related to issues of pre-trial investigation on 1 – representation of interests of citizens and state in court, on 2 – issues of organizational-administrative activity, on the other - other issues. From media received 19 requests from citizens –14 from NGOs – 8. Cases of unjustified refusal to provide information or late provision of information – is not allowed.
