Rokytnivskyi district court supported the position of the prosecution and having considered the indictment against 3 people Rokytnivskiy district, found them guilty of committing a criminal offense under part 1 of article 347 of the criminal code (deliberate damage of property of the employee of law enforcement body in connection with the performance of his official duties).
