In Rivne the head of the Department of the UNIVERSITY caught while receiving 2 thousand dollars of illegal benefits
Thanks to well-planned and successful operation of prosecutors Rivne region, the Main Department of the National police in the Rivne region and Management to protect the economy in the Rivne region JO National police of Ukraine 28.07.2017 exposed head of Department of one of higher educational institutions of Rivne during obtaining illegal benefit in the amount of 2 thousand US dollars. It is established that the specified amount of money the teacher received from two citizens for a positive decision on further passing the final exam, and admission to the UNIVERSITY. Immediately after the transfer of the illegal benefit of head of Department was detained in order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine, and the money is withdrawn. Specified person is reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense provided St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (receiving improper benefits). Prepared the petition in court about election to the suspect of a measure of restraint and removal from office. Pre-trial investigation in this criminal proceedings by the investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Rivne region for the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region.
