the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is performed procedural management in criminal proceedings upon abuse of official position and forgery of documents by officials of one of village councils of the Vinnytsia region, which by prior agreement with an individual, took possession of two plots of land, with a total value of nearly 1 million. During a pretrial investigation it is established that officials of the village Council in the interests of third parties committed in forgery of official documents – the session's decision on granting permission for the production of technical documentation in the future – its approval on the basis of which the natural person acquired two plots of land, which then allegedly sold on the nominees. Now these persons it is declared suspicion in Commission of criminal offenses under part 4 of article 358, part 2 of article 364 and part 2 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine, the issue of election of the last measure.
