Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office appealed to economic court of the Transcarpathian region in the interests of the Svalyava town Council to a limited liability company on termination of the lease of the land area of 1.52 hectares and normative monetary valuation of nearly 2.3 million UAH. Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office found that the company systematically does not pay rent for the land, breaking, thus, the conditions of the lease and the interests of the state in the sphere of control over use and protection of lands. Consequently, the Prosecutor's office demands to terminate the lease of 1.5 hectares of land with unscrupulous user and return specified lands to the municipal property.
