Chernigov: Vladislav Atroshenko: "the Memorandum between the carriers and the authorities of the city must be executed flawlessly"
During expanded meeting in the Chernigov city Council mayor Vladislav Atroshenko once again raised the issue regarding the operation of the GPS-system of monitoring and execution of a Memorandum between the carriers and the authorities of the city in March this year. - Until all points of the Memorandum are not met perfectly, 100 %, the city authorities will not confirm the price of the fare at 4.50 as predicted by the carriers of the city, - the mayor told. In particular, there are comments on the work of GPS-monitoring of movement of public transport. In discussing this question it was noted that the Chernigov already use this system and even via mobile phones, but not always all mashrutka system shows. As explained by the head of Department of transport and communications of the city Council Yury Gorban, last week the firm OOO "Watch Ukraine" has replaced all the faulty 87 trackers for a new one. However, the system is programmed to a specific route and if the bus during the day several times changing the route, the system fails, and she sees the bus. However, this problem only exists on large transport companies where the buses used on various routes. Vladislav Atroshenko instructed the Department of transport and communication to revise this issue and clearly perform the agreement signed with the firm "DOZOR". "If there are any flaws or software flaws, so need to make necessary application to this agreement. We need to have a working system. This system should work to Chernigov, and control with it shall control the observance of the schedule of movement of public transport," - said the mayor. In addition, Vladislav Atroshenko drew attention to the enforcement clause of the agreement concerning the clothing of the drivers of urban public transport. According to him, the clothing of the drivers showing respect to their carriers and to the passengers and also forms the external perception of the city, his face, which is very important. - All signed documents must be performed, because the purpose of installation of GPS system monitoring in Chernihiv – provide appropriate transportation individuals and to establish unfair carriers, - said the mayor.
