The announcement that KP “Chernivtsivodokanal” to carry out the modification of the existing tariffs for the centralized supply of cold water,drainage (using in-house systems)
To the order of the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine of 30.07.2012 ¹ 390 “On approval of the Procedure for communicating to consumers information about the list of housing and communal services, the structure of prices/tariffs, changing prices/tariffs with justification of its necessity and the appropriate position of territorial communities”, CP “Chernivtsivodokanal” informs about the intention to change the rates for services in centralized supply of cold water, drainage (using in-house systems). Rationale the reasons for the tariff change The existing tariffs approved by the resolution of the National Commission, carrying out state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, from 22.03.2017, No. 311: a) on service on the centralized supply of cold water (using in-house systems) – UAH 8,02. (without VAT): b) the service for centralized water disposal (using in-house systems) – 4,17 UAH. 1 cu. m (without VAT). The calculation of tariffs is carried out in accordance with the provisions NKREKP from 10.03.2016, No. 303 "About approval of the Procedure of formation of tariffs for services in centralized supply of cold water, drainage (using in-house systems), 15.01.2015, No. 13 "On approving Procedure of setting tariffs for services in centralized supply of cold water, drainage (using in-house systems). Administrative costs were not included, as contained in the tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized wastewater, which calculated the production cost of services in centralized supply of cold water, drainage (using in-house systems). The target profit to the tariffs for the centralized supply of cold water, drainage (using in-house systems) are not included. The actual level of compensation of economically justified costs applicable tariffs for the centralized supply of cold water, drainage (using in-house systems) for the first half of 2017 were: – centralized water supply – 66,0 %; – centralized wastewater equaled 88.3 %. Thus, the project rate to 2018 in accordance with the rising prices of materials, services, change of the subsistence minimum in accordance with applicable law, change, depreciation is: – services in centralized supply of cold water (using in-house systems), excluding VAT – of 8.91 UAH./m3 (the previous rate of 8.02 UAH./m?, growth 0.89 UAH.m3, or 11.1%, – for the services of centralized Sewerage (using in-house systems), without VAT – 4, 84 UAH./m3 (the previous rate of 4.17 UAH./m?, growth by 0.67 UAH.m3, or 16.1%. The structure of the planned tariffs for 2018 for services in centralized supply of cold water, drainage (using in-house systems) is attached (Annex 1).
