In Zhytomyr region told how to use the state support for the content of cows and calves
2018 pet owners can qualify for subsidies for the maintenance of cattle (cattle). The relevant provisions are envisaged in the framework of the implementation of article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "On State budget of Ukraine for the year 2018," and according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 7 February 2018 ¹ 107"On approval of Procedure of use of funds envisaged in the state budget to support the livestock industry". The list of grants available to business entities in the current year: * special budget subsidies for the maintenance of cows of dairy, dairy-beef and beef productivity (hereinafter — the subsidies for the cows); * special budget subsidies for the rearing of cattle born in the farms of physical persons (further — the grant for young). The subsidies for the cows is provided on an irrevocable basis twice a year to entities that are legal entities, each existing as at 1 January and 1 July of the current year is identified and registered in the prescribed manner a cow at a rate of 750 UAH per head. That is a legal entity for the maintenance of one cow can get for the year 1500 hryvnia. To receive subsidies for suckler economic entities that are legal persons, serving until 1 April (as at 1 January) 1 October (as of 1 July) to the Ministry of agrarian policy, the following documents: * the application; * help for opening a current account issued by a Bank; * a copy of the report on the status of livestock (form 24-CX) as of January 1 of the current year, certified by the state statistics body; * certificate valid on the date of submission of the application, confirming the absence of debts on taxes and duties, control of which collection is assigned to the authorities of revenues and duties, - on paper or generated electronically in the electronic office of the taxpayer on the official web-site DFS. To confirm the number of cows in the farm of a legal entity Ministry of agriculture refers to the Administrator of the Unified state register of animals for information on each business entity that is a legal person, the number of identified and registered in the prescribed manner the number of cows as of January 1 and July 1 of the current year. Subsidies for the young is provided on an irrevocable basis to individuals for the content identified and registered in the established order of young cattle to 13-month of age, born in the farms of physical persons in the current year. The subsidy for young animals is provided for every four months of his detention, increasing depending on the age of the young in size: * during the period of detention of juveniles aged 1 to 5 months - 300 UAH per head; * during the period of detention of juveniles aged 5 to 9 months - 700 UAH per head; * during the period of detention of juveniles aged 9 to 13 months - 1 500 UAH per head. The total amount of subsidies for the young may not exceed 2500 UAH per head of young stock. To receive subsidies for young individuals served at the location of households in the respective village, settlement, city Council or Board of the United territorial community (hereinafter - local government) copies of the following documents: * passports of cattle, issued in the prescribed manner, and in the case of the contents of 10 or more young animals is published in the prescribed manner a statement from the Unified state register of animals; * passport of citizen of Ukraine; * reference or an agreement for opening a Bank account; * document certifying the registration in the State register of individuals - tax payers (except for individuals who are through their religious beliefs refuse adoption of registration number of taxpayer card and reported it to the relevant authority of revenues and duties and have a stamp in the passport). These documents are accepted during the fiscal year to may 1 to September 1 and before December 1 of the current year in the order of priority of their receipt, as recorded in the register of natural persons - owners of animals, which sets agricultural policy. To confirm the number of livestock young cattle, declared natural person, local government body makes a request to the Administrator of the Unified state register of animals for information on the number of identified and registered in the prescribed manner of livestock young stock as of the relevant date of the current year in the context of individuals - pet owners. To avoid confusion when filing the documents for obtaining subsidies the owners of the animals should adhere to the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, including on the identification and registration of animals, in particular: * timely registration of farms for breeding, keeping, slaughter, disposal of animals in the Unified state register of animals; * the ability to identify all the animals in the farm in the term stipulated by legislation (for cattle not later than seven days from the date of her birth, but in any case before the animal leaves the farm); * to submit data for registration of animals, all movements between farms and the slaughter, disposal and deaths of animals. The presence of the owner of the animals and their quantitative correlation data of the Uniform state registry of animals can be checked by the relevant authorities. For the identification and registration of animals in the economy of the legal entity, the owner/holder of the animal may apply to a separate business unit of the State enterprise "Agency for animal identification and registration" in the field for clarification, the necessary materials and means of identification (list of addresses, phone numbers, email addresses for the departments can be found here).
