In the Ternopil region improving the system of social services in communities
Current issues of social protection of the population, development of social services and protection of children's rights in the context of decentralization discussed during the seminar-workshop in the Ternopil regional state administration jointly with the delegation of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine on March 30. "Unified model of organization of services in communities does not exist. Their work satisfied with each community individually, considering the needs of its residents. Therefore, social services should be provided in accordance with him. And though each of the community leaders their understanding of how to develop a social segment, the interaction of Executive bodies and society in this system is a must. On the appointment of social benefits, then there must be established: "front-office" "back office", "local Executive authority",- said General Director of the Directorate of family and social support Vitaly Muzychenko. Consultant Ministry of social policy with the development of the administration model Natalia Zinkevich presented to the meeting of 4 possible models for the provision of social services in the community. About innovations, which already operate within their communities and successful experience in the provision of social services said the Deputy Bukovetskogo village head Viktor bullet and Merefa Deputy of the mayor concerning activity of Executive bodies of Svetlana Rudnitskaya. Summing up the meeting, the Director of the Department of social protection of population regional state administration Vadim Boyarsky noted that the main objective of providing social services in the context of decentralization is their approach to the citizens.
