Igor Godich: I Hope the Zhytomyr region will take place the whole process of decentralization voluntarily
60% of the territory of Zhytomyr region was already covered by the combined territorial communities. All the others have the ability to cooperate to obtain resources for development. The prospects for decentralization and community discuss 5 April, at a government meeting in Vinnytsia, with the participation of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman.
