Work in the fields in the direction of reforming the health care system, qualitatively new approach to the provision of medical services, the signing of declarations of family doctors, as well as coordinating the work of the health facilities through the National health service was discussed during the Ukrainian Skype meeting under the chairmanship of Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavel Rozenko. What work has been done in this direction in the Ternopil region, reported the head of the region Stepan Barna. During a conference call Pavlo Rozenko appealed to the leadership of the Ministry of health and the heads of regional state administrations with the requirement to ensure the effective implementation of health reform at all levels. "I demand from the Ministry of health and the state administration react to the sabotage of health reform. On each fact of creation of artificial barriers to the establishment of the system should be an instant reaction, who is not concerned, or any officer level or the chief physician, up to and including dismissal. If a person can not make a rapid reform implementation, then it is not on its place", – said Deputy Prime Minister. Pavlo Rozenko instructed the health MINISTRY together with local authorities to carry out large-scale explanatory work on introduction of medical reform in each area. "Your offices for a few months should be moved to the field and to organize a strong outreach in each area. It is very important to understand the systemic problems at the start and quickly to solve them. In the first months, it is very important to establish effective communications with citizens, to the system in a timely manner and in full function," he said. In turn, the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna reported that in the area of work actively towards the realization of medical reform, in particular, computerized medical facilities and the doctors 100% have access to the Internet. "In e-health have already been registered, 146 out-patient clinics of the 215-year, that is 2/3. Was also 157 doctors. 3 980 inhabitants of the region signed a Declaration of family physicians. Now we are waiting for the use of funds that is relevant in the implementation of medical reform, and at the initiative of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and implementation of projects of construction of dispensaries. On the development of rural medicine Ternopil region received 179 million UAH. We had planned to build 19 new clinics, purchase of 134 vehicles for family physicians, and the remaining funds be used to improve equipment in the field of clinics.
