In Ternopil deputies have overcome the veto of the mayor
According to the law of Ukraine «On local self-government in Ukraine» and the rules of the city Council mayor decree called for an extraordinary session. On the agenda is the only issue – “no confidence and removal from office of the chief architect of the city". At the previous session of the decision adopted by the deputies supported the initiative of Deputy Yury Darn. After a few days the decision was vetoed by the head of Ternopil, because it was taken in violation of the rules and procedures. The solution has not passed the parliamentary commissions were not duly prepared and authorized the legal Department. In order to overcome the veto of the mayor to deputies it was necessary to re-vote for this decision, however with observance of the rules and proper procedure. None of the profile Commission the decision did not consider, and an extraordinary session was not held due to the lack of quorom. Accordingly, the deputies did not overcome the veto of the mayor.
