In Vinnytsia region on January 12, 2016 shall enter into force a new version of the Procedure of electronic VAT administration
Main Department of DFS in Vinnitsa region informs that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by resolution from 30.12.2015 No. 1177 "On introducing amendments to the Procedure of electronic administration of value added tax" presented in a new wording the Order of electronic administration of value added tax, which determines the mechanism of opening and closing accounts in the system of electronic VAT administration, particularly tax invoices and calculations of adjustment of quantitative and cost indicators to the tax invoice in such a system, as well as the mechanism of settlements with the budget with the use of these accounts. In particular, it is provided that the electronic account is opened to the taxpayer by the Treasury automatically at no charge. The tax payers - subjects of the special tax regime advanced by the Treasury automatically free of charge open: electronic account intended for funds transfers to the state budget and on special accounts for transactions for the supply/provision of agricultural commodities/services (in addition to cereals and industrial crops and products of livestock specified in clause 209.19 article 209 of the Tax code); electronic account intended for funds transfers to the state budget and on special accounts for transactions on delivery of grain and industrial crops, certain p. 209.19 article 209 of the Code; electronic account intended for funds transfers to the state budget and on special accounts for transactions on supply of livestock products, certain p. 209.19 article 209 of the Code. Taxpayers - agricultural enterprises that meet p. 209.18 article 209 of the Code, additional email accounts do not open.
