Chernivtsi: Suspended the educational process in General educational institutions of the city

The Department of education of the city Council is obliged to ensure control over the implementation of sanitary-hygienic, anti-epidemic, disinfection measures in all educational institutions, as well as the prevention of child involvement with catarrhal manifestations in mass public events. Doctors together with teachers will conduct sanitary-explanatory work among the population, including students, parents, regarding individual and collective prevention of acute respiratory viral infections, influenza, the need for timely referral in case of signs of disease. The city Department of the Main Directorate gossanepidsluzhby in Chernivtsi region continues to implement daily monitoring of acute respiratory viral diseases among the population of the city and attendance of the organized groups. According to the results, if necessary, are entered special conditions and modes of learning, as well as other measures to strengthen anti-epidemic regime in the institutions, organizations and establishments of health aimed at preventing the spread of disease. According to data of operational monitoring, for m 2 the week of the year (with 08.01.2016 on 14.01.2016 years) concerning acute respiratory viral diseases for medical assistance in Chernivtsi appealed 2599 patients. The proportion of children under 18 years of age was 60.9 per cent. 142 hospitalized patients, of whom 52 were children up to 18 years. Cases of influenza are not registered. Since the beginning of the epidemic season 2015-2016 against influenza in the Chernivtsi grafted 932 people, including 492 health care workers. Based on monitoring results from 15.01.2016 years, the percentage of missing children in educational institutions of the city in connection with disease of acute respiratory viral diseases (ORVS) ranges from 3.6% to 38.1%. Excess of an epidemic threshold is not registered. "The number of missing children in the classroom in schools is increasing daily. Therefore, I believe the right to temporarily restrict the schools to ensure the safety threats to the health of schoolchildren. Ask parents at the first manifestations of the disease the child not to self-medicate, and immediately seek the help of doctors.
