In the Transcarpathian region due to heavy snowfall rescuers hauled the car
last days in Transcarpathia was marked by heavy precipitation in the form of snow. Using it on the roads of the region was hindered the movement of vehicles. Trucks could not overcome the snowy road, so assistance in tow they were given divisions of operational rescue service. Just from the SSES of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region involved 9 units and 26 personnel. As of 6:00 am on January 16 rescuers towed for 8 cars stuck on the snowy slopes. 6 cases recorded in Volovets district. One – hustschyni and the Rakhov region. This is mainly due to the fact that drivers do not change the time to winter tires and wheels not equipped with snow chains. At the present time for travel and to prevent stopping the traffic on three of the Transcarpathian passes available around the clock special equipment of gschs. Tractors are located in Volovets district on Branscom and Latricia passes and in Rakhiv district on Yablunytsia pass.
