In Zhitomir oblast, the deputies proposed amendments to the Program of attraction of investments
Yesterday, January 20, at the meeting of the constant Commission on questions socially-economic development of the region, investment activity, small and average business, deputies reviewed the draft of the regional budget for 2016, and also supported a Program of attracting investments into the economy of Zhytomyr region for 2016-2020. The Programme is the basic document for local bodies of Executive power and bodies of local self-government when carrying out investment policy. The total financial resources required for the implementation of the Program is 1 million 950 thousand UAH. For 2016 provides for 350 thousand UAH. The activities of the Programme of attracting investments into the economy of Zhytomyr region for 2016-2020 include: * conducting exhibitions and fairs; * organization of meetings with representatives of foreign countries; * presentations in the field of international and Ukrainian publications, the holding of investment forums, seminars and conferences on investment-innovative activity; * participation and representation of economically-the investment potential of the region at forums, conferences, exhibitions and other fashion events of international character; * the holding of business forums, economic missions, conferences and seminars in the region; * periodic update of advertising and image products, information and presentation materials about the area and the like.
