For the principled position of the Prosecutor's office of area Economic court of the Transcarpathian region satisfied the claim in interests of the state to the Central authority of Goszemagentstva in the field and the sub’farming for invalidation of the Protocol of the land tender, the annulment of the lease contract of the land plot of agricultural purpose in Irshava district with an area of 30 hectares worth 163 thousand UAH. and its return into state ownership. The basis for the appeal of the Prosecutor's office in the court was the lack of technical documentation on the normative monetary evaluation of land plot, which shall be made in established by the current legislation, which makes not complied with the statutory requirements of the land auction. Thus, for violating the terms of the land lease agreement invalid and, as a consequence of invalidity of the transaction of the disputed land be returned to state ownership.
