to January 2016 from business entities Ternopil oblast Main Department of State fiscal service in the area for consideration in the administrative order entered primary 7 complaints 8 solutions. Compared to the corresponding period last year the number of initial complaints fell on one and 5 reduced the number of appealed decisions. In January of this year, the Main control DFS in Ternopil region considered 11 appeals of taxpayers in 12 decisions and requirements that complaints 2 and 3 less than in the corresponding period in 2015. By results of consideration of complaints YTD upheld 9 solutions for a total amount of 800 thousand UAH and 3 fully abolished the decision on the sum of 5 thousand hryvnias. Please note that from 12 January 2016 entered into force order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine 21.10.2015 No. 916 "On approval of Order of registration and delivery of complaints by taxpayers and their consideration by regulatory authorities". The new Order established a procedure for taxpayers appealing tax notices, decisions, or other decisions of regulatory authorities during the administrative appeal. At the same time this Procedure does not apply regarding appeals against decisions of regulatory authorities, actions or inaction of their officials and other employees, if a special law established another procedure for appealing against such decisions, actions or omissions, as well as in appeals against decisions taken on cases of administrative offences.
