On personal reception in the Prosecutor's office made nearly 4 thousand Transcarpathians
in the past year in bodies of Prosecutor's office of Transcarpathia received more than 8 thousand requests. This is 23 % less than in 2014. About 5 thousand cases solved by the Prosecutor's office of area, 3.3 thousand – sent for supplies to other departments. Almost half of the complaints concerned pre-trial investigation. There were also issues concerning representation of interests of citizens and state in court, supervision of compliance with the penal enforcement legislation, enforcement legislation under the enforcement of court decisions and complaints of violation of the rights of children. Satisfaction last year bodies of Prosecutor's office of area 65 cases. 203 resolved appeals of people's deputies of Ukraine. Personally for 2015 in the Prosecutor's office of Transcarpathia made almost 4 thousand citizens. To facilitate the realization of citizens ' right to appeal the leadership of the Prosecutor's office of area carried out the reception of citizens at their place of work and residence with departure to all parts of the region. Just carried out 11 such visiting appointments. Reducing the number of complaints to the prosecuting authorities, due to changes in legislation regarding the powers of the Prosecutor in supervising the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, observance of laws on these matters by the authorities, local government, exclusively in the form of representation of interests of citizen or state in court in the presence of grounds for it under applicable law, and statutory procedure of judicial review of the appeals on pre-trial investigation.
