Zhytomyr: state of flu and ARVI in the field to 05.02.2016
According to the Department of health regional administration, for the last day in the field of ORVI and a flu were ill 1517 people, including children – 812, adult – 705, pregnant women – 3. Deaths from influenza and its complications are not registered. Excess of an epidemic threshold remains at around 6%. Reference According to the operative data of the State sanitary-epidemiological service of Ukraine the growth rate of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections has decreased in areas were the first to take an epidemic process, but in Ukraine as a whole tends to increase the incidence among adults. According to the analysis of data on incidence of flu and ORVI for last week epidemic thresholds by more than 50% is exceeded in 11 regions. Since the beginning of epidemic season (28.09.2015 – 02.02.2016 years) in Ukraine registered more than 3.2 million patients with influenza and SARS (8.3% of population).
