In Lutsk detected offenders in the field of trade in
In the night of 4 to 5 February 2016 working group on control over observance of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant economy a RAID was conducted on the compliance with the decision of Lutsk city Council of 20.04.2011 ¹9/23 “banning the sale of beer, alcoholic, low alcohol drinks, wine canteens and tobacco products” (with changes). Checked 15 objects of trade and sphere of services, revealed two facts of violation of part 2 of article 156 of the Art, which are recorded by the staff of the office of business development and advertising of the Lutsk city Council and the municipal police Department of the Lutsk city Council . On the fact of violation of the provisions of the above legislation was composed of two administrative Protocol on sellers trading pavilion at a stop of public transport: “Kiev Maidan” (vul.Dubnyk, 2) and the food kiosk (Ave of President Grushevsky street, 19a).
