NEFCO has announced a tender to select consultants – experts for maintenance of the project in Chernivtsi
For maintenance of the project "Improvement of energy efficiency in budgetary institutions of Chernivtsi" Nordic environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) has announced a tender to select a company that will provide consulting services. The deadline for submission of applications for the contest – February 26, TS.g. To facilitate the timely and effective implementation of project activities the consulting company will provide the municipality of Chernivtsi and SCE "Chernivtsiteplokomunenerho" assistance in conducting and managing the procurement, administration of contracts for goods and services, the development of technical specifications, provision of other services with the use of best practices in implementing similar projects. The project begins in April 2016. Consultancy company ( 560 thousand Euro) shall be paid from funds of the Trust Fund Swedish international development Agency (SIDA). To participate in the contest invited companies or consortia of firms that have at least 10 years of experience in the field of energy efficiency and have already worked on the implementation of such municipal infrastructure projects, funded by international financial organizations. The selected consulting company will accompany the project "Improvement of energy efficiency in budgetary institutions of Chernivtsi" and a similar project in Ivano-Frankivsk. Reference. The total cost of the investment program of the project "energy Efficiency in public sector buildings in Chernivtsi", which is implemented for the funds of NEFCO amounts to ˆ 9 million, including a grant from the Foundation Å5Ð (Eastern European partnership on energy efficiency and the environment) – EUR 3 million, co-financing of the Chernivtsi city Council 1 million euros. The project is supported by German society for international cooperation (GIZ). Feasibility study of project is developed by the company IC consulenten Ziviltechniker GesmbH (Austria). The project involves the introduction of adapted separately for each building energy efficiency measures 33 (36 buildings) institutions of education and health of Chernivtsi. The project will reduce energy consumption and decrease cost of operation of engineering systems in municipal buildings, creating a comfortable environment.
