"We analyzed the situation and came to the conclusion that milking signatures — no more than a dozen, – says Valery Manilich. The rest are rigged. Many signatures came from email addresses that differ from each other only by a letter or digit. It's surprising that the petition, which addressed only our city, signed, judging by IP addresses, residents of other countries – such as Brazil". According to Nina Sobol, the Department of citizens ' appeals received a letter with the statement that their names were used without their knowledge. The majority of signatures in support of their invalidity, the collection of signatures under the petitions continues. With this in mind, mayor Alex Kaspruk has sent letters to law enforcement agencies to investigate facts outside interference. Nikolai Uskov noted that the case falls under part 1 of article 361 of the criminal code – “Unauthorized interference with the work of electronic computing machines (computers), automated systems, computer networks or telecommunication networks, which led to the leakage, loss, forgery, blocking of information, distortion of information processing or violation the established order its routing,”.
