In Transcarpathia upon receipt 4 thousand UAH undue advantage detained the chief doctor of one of medical institutions of the region
For the procedural management of Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region, employees of the investigation Department GU of the National police of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region and Department of protection of the economy in the Transcarpathian region revealed and detained the chief doctor of one of medical institutions of the region getting 4 thousand UAH of illegal benefit. Now in the specified criminal proceedings on the preliminary legal qualification under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine, carrying out Prime investigative actions directed on documenting of specified unlawful activity. Reference: the sanction of part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a period from n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property and with special confiscation.
