February 15, the Day of honoring participants of battle actions on territory of other States and in the 27 th anniversary of the completion of the Soviet withdrawal from Afghanistan, Exactly next to pam’side of the sign "Died in local wars" took place the meeting-Requiem. The event was held with the participation of the regional and city power, OK "West" SV APU, participants of battle actions on territory of other States, families of the deceased, the deceased veterans and veterans of local conflicts, the participants of the ATO, public representatives, clergy, students and youth. Rescuers gschs Main Directorate in Rivne region also paid tribute to the courage of the Ukrainian servicemen who died during the hostilities.
