In Lutsk in 16 retail establishments found violations of the law prohibiting the sale of alcohol and tobacco products
In the night of 11 to 12 February 2016 working group on control over observance of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant business to ban the sale of alcohol and tobacco raided to check on compliance with the entrepreneurs, the decision of Lutsk city Council of 20.04.2011 ¹9/23 “banning the sale of beer, alcoholic, low alcohol drinks, wine canteens and tobacco products” (with changes). Checking 16 objects of trade and sphere of services, violations of section 2 of article 156 of the Art was found.
