In the Transcarpathian region on fire in S. Onokovtsi employees of gschs saved from the death of a woman
on the Morning of 15 February in seconds. Onokivtsi Uzhgorod district fire engulfed the one-story covered porch of a house. First, the sofa caught fire and then the fire spread to other outbuildings. The fire was noticed by the neighbours at 05:00 reported the accident to the operational-rescue service of Transcarpathia. On call to S. Onokovtsi arrived two fire Department – one machine with 14-th and 15-th state fire and rescue parts m. Uzhgorod. Because of the fire on the veranda of the house was filled with smoke. Rescuers went into one room and saw the unconscious woman who suffered smoke inhalation. It was taken outside and handed over to teams of doctors «emergency», who provided the citizen emergency assistance. Victim hospitalization is not needed. Meanwhile at 05:20 gschs fighters localized the fire at 05:48 – eliminated her. Thanks to the timely detection of fire and prompt action of firefighters residential building together with the Annex was saved from destruction. Flame’I managed to destroy a sofa and damage the window, causing damage to the amount of 1500 UAH. Presumably, the cause of the fire was careless handling of fire during Smoking.
