, According to section III of the regulation on the register of insured persons of the State register of compulsory state social insurance approved by Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine on 18 June 2014 ¹ 10-1, and registered in the Ministry of justice of Ukraine on July 08, 2014 No. 785/25562: - Information from the register of insured persons is used in compliance with the requirements of the law of Ukraine “On information” and “On protection of personal data” solely for uses identified in article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On collecting and accounting a single fee for obligatory state social insurance”. - Personal information about the insured person from the register of insured persons are the insured and/or insured person on paper in the form of Annex 1 or Annex 2 to this Regulation. - The insured person, who personally appealed to the authorities of Pension Fund of Ukraine, individual information is provided upon presentation of passports, certificates of the authority of revenues and duties on assignment of registration number of registration card of the taxpayer or of the certificate of compulsory social insurance or pension certificate at the place of residence. Persons who are not citizens of Ukraine, but work on the territory of Ukraine and do not have the registration number of accounting card of taxpayer, individual information is provided upon presentation of an identity document. - Policyholders are given information about the insured persons consisting in labour relations with these insurers, solely for the period the person is in an employment relationship with the insured.
