In Vinnytsia region began the process of certification of National police officers. The certification Commission will consist of members of the public, the media, human rights organizations. To propose the composition of comston until 27 February. The main objective of the certification Commission will provide quality leprosoria the process of certification of police officers. The certification Commission evaluates the professional and personal qualities of the employee and makes a final collegiate decision on his fitness for service in the police. The powers of the appellate certification Committee include the consideration skarpaas to the findings of the evaluation committees. The mode of work of the Commission will be defined by its head and provides for regular meetings and interviews with staff who temporarily perform the functions of heads of departments of the National police.
