In the Volyn region prosecutors take measures to eliminate violations of the law in penal institutions
Manevitskiy local Prosecutor's office this year carried out a comprehensive verification of compliance with the administration of the Manevychi penal colony number 42 and Tsuman corrective colony No. 84 Department of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine in the Volyn region of requirements criminally-the Executive legislation. During checks public prosecutors have revealed the facts of violations in the jails of schedule HC’prisoners and also cases of them store prohibited items, uniform violation, use of alcoholic beverages and violating the requirements of isolation of prisoners. Pursuant to the requirements of the instructions in the prosecution of the violations had been corrected, 4 of the perpetrators were brought to disciplinary responsibility. In addition, of Kivertsy Department of Manevychi local Prosecutor's office made the instruction about elimination of violations of requirements criminally-the Executive legislation to the chief of Kivertsy Department of criminal-Executive inspection UPTS of Ukraine in the Volyn region for non-execution of court sentence against the perpetrators of the secret theft of another's property. Upon review of the instructions of the sentence accepted for execution, committed violations of the person disciplined. Also with the participation of prosecutors Manevychi local Prosecutor's office, according to the law of Ukraine «On amendments to the criminal code of Ukraine concerning improvement of the procedure for enrollment by the court of preliminary HC’conclusion to the sentence" the courts have examined about 400 applications for admission convicted Manevychi VC No. 42 and Tsuman VC No. 84 preliminary HC’imprisonment to a term of imprisonment.
