In Rivne region the employee of the detention center fined for an administrative offence of corruption
For violations of restrictions on receiving gifts employee of the detention facility of administration of State penitentiary service of Ukraine in Rivne region held liable to the imposition of a fine in the amount of 1700 UAH, with confiscation of the gift received. It is proved that for the promise of a transfer to the defendant 4 mobile phones sub-inspector of one of departments of the institution have received a gift in the amount of 510 UAH. The Protocol on committing an administrative offence involving corruption under part 1 of article 172-5 of the code of administrative offences, was made by the Deputy Prosecutor of the Rovno area. Participation in the review of the Rivne city court this Protocol was provided by the employees of the Department on organization of activity in sphere of prevention and counteraction of corruption of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region.
