20 February Ternopil region visited the President of the Ukrainian GTS Maxim Sokolyuk. In the framework of the working trip he visited the regional Department of migration service met with the Chairman of the Ternopol regional state administration Stepan Bar. During the official meeting, the head of Ukraine HMS Maxim Sokolyuk, head of Department of Informatization, telecommunications and information protection the LCA Ivan Dolenko, the chief of regional Management LCA Tomas Verbi? and the Chairman of the Ternopol regional state administration, Stepan Barna discussed the issues of cooperation between the migration service and the regional state administration in the sphere of provision of services through Snapi. Participants highlighted a number of problematic issues that hamper the effective work of the Centers of providing administrative services and discussed ways of their solution. Also the Head of GNS were inspected by the regional Department of migration service Ternopil city Department UDMS. Maxim Sokolyuk and Ivan Dolenko appreciated technical Management solutions for the rational use of program-technical complexes for processing of documents of identification. However, the Maxim expressed concerns regarding the premises in which is carried out reception of citizens. Also the head of the LCA drew attention to the need for installation of system "electronic turn" with recording for the provision of administrative services through the Internet in city Department and other units of the office.
