the Appeal court of Zhytomyr region has sentenced to four years of imprisonment of the inhabitant of lubarsky district, which tried to establish the supply channel in a region of arms and ammunition from the area ATO. Last summer, the staff of Management of SB of Ukraine in Zhytomyr region in cooperation with police and prosecutors arrested a member of a local radical organizations during the attempt of selling military weapons and ammunition for two thousand dollars. During the searches a car and the apartment of the malefactor, earlier already convicted for the murder, law enforcement officers seized a foldable modernized Kalashnikov rifle, a pistol "Cap" and almost a hundred rounds of ammunition of various calibre, some of which are armor-piercing incendiary. In December of last year, lubarsky district court found the attacker guilty of committing a crime under part 1 St. 263 Criminal code of Ukraine, but was sentenced to probation.
