In Vinnytsia region initiated the monitoring of centers providing administrative services
Department of regional economic development of regional state administration informs that on 23 February 2016 started a group monitoring the work of AHPC in the districts/cities of Vinnytsia blasts, which was formed on behalf of the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Koroviya. The working group included representatives of: the Vinnytsya city Council; the Departments of the regional state administration: regional economic development, social and youth policy; the chief of territorial administration of justice in the Vinnitsa region; the main Directorate of Derzeitiger in Vinnytsia oblast; main Department of the Pension Fund in the Vinnitsa region. The main purpose of the group is to study and assess the situation on the ground, providing practical advice, the development and preparation of proposals General unified approach to the formation of the system: - methodological support of the process of providing administrative services; - establishing communication and feedback; - introduction of quality control of administrative services. From 23 February to 02 March, 2016 working group will visit all the centers for providing administrative services in accordance with the approved schedule. Reference: the region has 28 Centers of providing administrative services (of which 23 – district 5 – district) and three territorial branches administrativnykh "Patriots" in Vinnytsia. In 2015 the Centers of providing administrative services region provided more than 1 million. a variety of administrative services to the subjects of circulation, which is 2.1 times more compared with 2014.
