mayor Mykola Romaniuk signed a decree "On the celebration of the 145th anniversary of the birth of Lesya Ukrainka". According to the document, 25 February at 12.00 PM. on the Theatre square of Lutsk will take place literary hour and the ceremony of laying flowers to the monument to Lesia Ukrainka. At 12.40 in the Palace of culture in Lutsk city will begin a literary-artistic event with the participation of creative teams of the Volyn state College of culture and arts named after Igor Stravinsky. In cultural institutions and libraries of the city will be organized themed events, dedicated to the personality of Lesia Ukrainka.
