On GKP “Locktable” will be implemented the project of modernization of the district heating system of the city
SCE “Locktable” together with the European Bank for reconstruction and development, the E5P implementing the project of modernization of the centralized heat supply of the city. Signed a loan agreement worth ten million euros and four million euros grant. For these means it is planned to implement a number of activities, in particular, to eliminate basement boilers, to modernize equipment, to place more than two hundred high-rise buildings individual heat points, boiler on alternative fuels and the like. The project identified the consultants who will carry out its support and assistance. And here took place the working meeting of Deputy Director of Department of economic policy of the city Council Sergey Omelchuk, head of Department for energy efficiency of Department of economic policy of the city Council Konstantin Patrakeev, representatives of SCE “Locktable”, EBRD, company “Egis” and the Institute of local development. Opening the meeting, V. and. the Director of SCE “Locktable” Valentina Malyutina congratulated the guests in our city. She expressed hope for a good result of joint work, which will allow to fully realize the project of modernization of the centralized heat supply of the city of Lutsk. According to her, they are ready to maximally facilitate the work of international consultants. In turn, senior Advisor to the EBRD Igor Knyazev satisfied that the company “Egis” will pursue corporate development. According to him, this is a well-known company with a positive image. They already reali many joint with EBRD projects. He also said that in the framework of the project modernization of district heating it is important to tell the Lutsk side about the benefits. In particular, this will provide an opportunity to reduce tariffs, improve quality of service of heat and hot water supply, optimization system. Regional head of the company “Egis” Arnaud de Rouge pointed out that the company is glad to cooperate with SCE “Locktable”. According to him, this is a new project that they will implement in Ukraine. Briefly about the history of the company “Egis” said Olivier Oudin. According to him, the company is headquartered in France. They work in the fields of energy, transport, water, construction and the like. The company has 12 thousand employees worldwide. In Ukraine they have been working for 20 years. During this time implemented 40 projects. Now underway for seven projects. According to him, in Lutsk there is a team of experts that will assist SCE “Locktable”. About the implementation of the corporate development told the audience Benoit Pleasure. According to him, within two years we will work to assist in improved financial and operating activities of SME “Locktable”, development of the action plan and work program of the FOPIP, promoting development and strengthening capacities of the enterprise and achievements of the agreement on the provision of public services together with the Lutsk city Council, a plan to attract interested persons and things. He said that in the beginning they will review all documentation, develop proposals and start implementing their tasks.
