29 February 2016 The interagency coordinating staff reports Internal displacement According to operative information from the temporarily occupied territories and districts of the antiterrorist operation to other regions relocated 1 million 15 thousand 467 people, including Donetsk and Lugansk regions 993 thousand 475 persons, of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city 21 thousand 922 people, of which 168 thousand 360 children, 489 thousand 262 people with disabilities and the elderly. Most internally displaced persons (hereinafter-HPE) is located in Luhansk (254 128 thousand people), Kharkiv (198 410 thousand people), Donetsk (083 119 thousand people), Dnipropetrovsk (86 090 thousand people), Zaporizhzhya (67 575 thousand people), Kiev (48 thousand 975 people) areas and in Kiev (39 047 thousand people). The smallest amount settled in Ternopil (2 725 thousand people), Chernivtsi (2 thousand 775 people), Rivne (3 thousand 411 people), Zakarpattia (4 075 thousand people), Ivano-Frankivsk (4 thousand 126 people) and Volyn (4 thousand 596 people). Local Executive authorities constantly searching for premises suitable for accommodation of IDPs. Currently there are 611 about’objects of different forms of ownership, with capacity of 10 thousand 612 HPE. Medical and psychological assistance to people from the East For medical assistance among internally displaced persons appealed 213 228 thousand adults (per week – 831) and 119 thousand 940 children (per week – 355), which is taken from the medical records of 142 thousand 762 adults (per week – 185) 67 892 thousand and child (per week – 36), hospitalized 52 thousand 723 adults (per week – 361) and 29 thousand 570 children (per week – 196). Conducted 306 029 thousand (per week – 967) medical instrumental research and examinations internally displaced persons. women of this category was born 5 879 thousand infants (per week – 74). Psychologists DSNs Ukraine together with representatives of public (volunteer) organizations provided psychological assistance to 166 thousand 603 HPE, including 46 thousand 371 child. Work pyrotechnic units DSNs in the East Pyrotechnic units DSNs Ukraine since the beginning of the execution of works discovered and seized 50 thousand 644 units of ammunition (per day – 22), including artillery shells – 8 thousand 896 (per day – 13), mortar shells, 5 937 thousand (per day – 6), combat grenades and mines – total of 7,204, rocket ammunition – 1 083 thousand, anti-tank mines – 60, other explosive subjects – 27 464 thousand (per day – 3). Checked for the presence of explosives 971 administrative building and construction, 002,56 11 thousand hectares (per day – and 10.71 hectares) and 37,79 ha of the water bodies. Citizens ' appeals to "Government hot" line Government «hotline" number 0-800-507-309 day received 478 complaints concerning problematic issues of the residents of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Of them 121 on appeal by the specialists of the Government contact centre citizens advice, rose’explanations and background information and, if necessary, and psychological support. The Executive bodies were sent for consideration, response and response 357 complaints from the internally displaced persons, of which 6 concerned the housing.
