In the region introduced 10 new electronic services
the Center of providing administrative services Chortkiv district administration has launched 10 electronic services relating to the field of migration, in particular: Registration of place of residence of the person (with the option of simultaneous de-registration from the previous place); - Withdrawal of registration of residence; - Registration of place of residence of the child until the age of fourteen; - Withdrawal of registration of residence of the child until the age of fourteen; - Exchange of passports of the citizen in case of a change (changes) the surname, name or patronymic; - Pasting into the passport photos upon reaching 25 and 45 years of age; - Issuance of certificate of registration of place of stay/residence; - Issuance of a passport of citizen of Ukraine instead of stolen; - Issuance of a passport of citizen of Ukraine instead of the lost one; - Exchange of passports of the citizen in case of its unfitness for use. In the near future it is planned to introduce the relevant services in other districts. Remember that the region continues the implementation of the pilot project on the translation services of authorities in electronic form.
