Transcarpathia: on the number of FTEs in budget institutions funded from local budgets of area
At the end of 2015 at the expense of means of local budgets contained 79 823 posts. Compared to the 2014 year their number increased by 1 667 FTEs. The increase in the number of staff was mainly due to the fact that from 1 January 2015 for funding from the state to local budgets region transferred the costs of the departmental hospitals of Railways (509 units), veterinary hospitals and laboratories (474 units), and three vocational-technical educational institutions (391 units). In addition, in 2015 the number of staff has increased in educational institutions in 453 posts, in cultural institutions and physical culture and sport – is 26 points. In the field of social protection the number of staff positions decreased by 29 units mainly due to reduction of posts of social work specialists in social services centres for families, children and young people. However, continued to decrease headcount in the health area. For 2015 reduced 169 staff positions in m. Mukachevo, Berehovo, Mukachevo, Tyachiv and Svalyava districts. Additional staff units are introduced in Perechyn district (8%) and Zakarpattia territorial center of emergency medical care (38,75%), which is financed from the regional budget. The growth of staff positions in budgetary institutions financed from the local budgets, in most districts and cities of regional value except m. Mukachevo, Beregovo and Mukachevo districts. On 10 thousand inhabitants of the region had an average of 529 posts of workers of budgetary sphere. However, in Volovets district the number was 671 and in Beregovo – 661 employees.
