Zhytomyr region: the employee of Management of gschs in the field has mastered the art of self-defence
the Modern world faces many unexpected dangers for the fairer sex. Even attack the unprepared person will be danger, because female physical parameters are much weaker than men and not always able to be released from capture or to strike back. For this reason, self-defense classes for women are becoming in these days a special urgency, because it is very important to be able to stand up for themselves and protect the lives and health. To learn how to defend yourself in any situation, want girls and women of any age. So, on March 22 for the employees of gschs in the area in the premises of the Zhytomyr regional organization of sports society "Dynamo" of Ukraine instructor of hand to hand combat held a seminar titled “Effective women's self-defence". During the two hours the girls were able to gain knowledge on self-defense with improvised means, using the anatomy of the person during self-defense, self-defense in different conditions, the necessary skills of self-defense, protection of another person ( including features of protection of children of different ages), and other areas of self-defense. During the seminar, the participants became acquainted not only with the theory of self-defense, but also to practice skills, ask the question from the standpoint of personal experience. Similar events in the future are planned to be held constantly, because every woman should mandatory’sure to be able to confront psychological and physical aggression, prevent conflict and to deal with fears and anxieties.
