In preparation for the implementation of the international project for representatives of regional, district and rural administrations of Ukraine and Moldova, in the period from 13 to 19 March a training visit took place in M. Lodz, Poland, to study Polish experience of self-government. The organizers of this study visit was organized by Vinnytsia regional state administration, the Euroregion "Dniester", the administration of the Marshal of Lodz Voivodeship in conjunction with the Foundation for education and development of civil society FERSO, with the financial support of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation STP. In the delegation of Vinnytsia region was represented by the chairmen of district state administrations Kryzhopil, Mohyliv-Podilsky, Murovani Kurylivtsi and Shargorodsky areas, and from the Republic of Moldova ??d? was visited by the Chairman of Ocnita and Soldanesti districts that operate within the framework of the Euroregion "Dniester", as well as the chairmen of village councils of both countries, in particular, Vladimir Perepechay, village Chairman S. Stanislavchik Zhmerinka region and Lyudmila hornbeam, village Chairman C. Maidan, Vinnytsia district. In the framework of the visit, the delegates learned from the experience of local self-government of Poland, met with representatives of the administration of the Marshal of the ??d? Voivodeship, visited organizations and companies Leniskogo district, got acquainted with the activities of voluntary fire brigade, sports facilities, institutions of education and culture of the municipality Xaverov and participated in the solemn session of County Council. In addition, acquainted with the best examples of writing projects for EU funds and their implementation. During your stay in Lenycom County held a trilateral agreement on cooperation between Shargorodskiy district (Vinnytsia region), Soldanesti district (Moldova) and Leninski province (Poland). Also, the planned exchange of delegations between the village of Stanislavchyk (the Zhmerinka district of Vinnitsa region) and municipality Xaverov (Poland).
