How does the issue of decentralization on the development of the industry of culture discussed on 5 April at the premises of the art gallery "Intershik" at the national conference "Policy of joint action: democracy, decentralization, subsidiarity complementary, cross-cultural dialogue". The conference was attended by Deputy Chairman - Director of the Department of education and science of regional state administration Igor Ivasyuk, mayor Sergei morhunov, representatives of the Ministry of culture of Ukraine, all-Ukrainian and local NGOs. "The regional government, understanding the role of culture, despite the complex economic processes in Ukraine, trying to constantly maintain cultural activities in Vinnytsia oblast, in particular, contributes to strengthening the material-technical base of cultural institutions of the region", - said Deputy Chairman - Director of the Department of education and science of regional state administration Igor Ivasyuk. According to officials, the culture is one of the locomotives, which can raise the rating of not only the region but the country as a whole, so we need iconic projects. "To date, in the Vinnitsa region is planned to implement two large-scale projects. The reconstruction of the Museum of M. Leontovich (opening is scheduled for the 25 th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine), the total amount of financing more than 1 million UAH. In addition, in 2015 launched a project grant program "Support to regional development policy in Ukraine", which includes the restoration work of the monument of architecture of XVIII century. Palace Grokholsky-Mozhaisk (Voronovitsky Museum of the history of aviation and cosmonautics. A. Mozhaysky). The project is funded by the European Union amounting to more than 300,0 thousand euros. Last year a considerable amount of works on improvement of material-technical base of cultural institutions, carried out repair works on 535 objects totaling more than 55 million UAH." During the national conference discussed Long-term Strategy of development of Ukrainian culture-the reform strategy, which was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 1 February 2016. The strategy will promote the exchange and mobility of creative ideas and overcome stereotypes of the past and outdated structures of cultural process.
