the First Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko took part in the meeting of the regional coordination Council on realization of the project EU/UNDP "Local development oriented on community". The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of Vinnytsia regional Council Anatoly Oleynik. Invited : specialist in developing communities Project Elena Rudd, heads of relevant departments and offices, heads of district councils and district administrations - participants of the CBA Project-III, heads of regional resource centers, representatives of Universities - partners of the Project (VI knute and DONNA). In his opening remarks Andrew Gyzhko stressed that the Project "Local development oriented on community" is quite complex, but very interesting in terms of development: "Although communities receive a small money – 25-30 thousand dollars., however, the institutional Project is aimed at the fact that in every community now has an active responsible person who knows how correctly to write the application for participation and report. After all, the confidence of international donors is often based on how we can report on every penny spent". About the prospects for the fourth phase of the project EU/UNDP "Local development oriented on community", the official said : "We have signed on behalf of the regional administration and regional Council joint statement on readiness to work in the fourth phase we confirmed their interest. Now similar to the treatment received in the public authorities and from other areas of Ukraine, therefore we demonstrate a common vision on the need of the Project and in the fourth phase". Elena Rudd in his speech outlined the prospects and problems of Project implementation in 2016. Summed up the state of implementation of microprojects on "basic" activities of the CBA Project and its new directions - "efficiency" and "rural economic development". Specialist in developing communities Project noted the high activity of Vinnytsia communities. She also expressed hope for the further cooperation of the Project with communities Vincini in the fourth stage of its implementation. During the meeting with a short presentation reports on Project implementation in the regions-the Project participants, the IWG has included representatives Barsky, Illinetskyi, Kalinowski, Kryzhopil, Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Step-Tomashpil,Lubensky, Yampolsky areas. Suggestions for improving for 2016 and expected prospects of cooperation with the Project, addressed the Chairman of the RGA Barsky Vladimir Samolyk, Chairman of Tomashpil RGA Zakoncheny Alexander, Chairman of Chechelnitskiy RGA Sergey Pustovoy. On cooperation with the Project partner Universities informed Natalia castle , (VI KNTEU) and Roman Grinyuk (Donna).
