It will be signed, guided by the purposes and principles of the Agreement between the Government of Belarus and the Government of Ukraine on interregional cooperation, the partnership Agreement between the cities of Lutsk (Ukraine) and Brest (Belarus) from 23 August 2003, with the aim of further strengthening and development of cooperation between cities, taking into account good neighborly relations, historically, taking into account the positive experience of cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus, developed the joint project "Technology combined Culture" (TCC, Technologies Connecting Cultures) in the framework of the territorial cooperation of the Eastern partnership Belarus-Ukraine. According to the agreement, the gymnasium Lutsk and Brest consider it appropriate to develop the following forms of partnership in education: the organization of a joint Advisory Board for production and coordination of educational programs; joint participation in European and international programmes and projects; organization of exchange of teachers, students; study of the problems of improving the teaching of science, humanitarian and art-aesthetic Sciences in educational institutions; development and implementation of specialized educational programs for students enrolled under provisions for the exchange between institutions; the development of the concept of e-learning through joint learning centers, training and exchange of electronic courses and educational materials; cultural and sports-tourist exchange organized groups of teachers and students. The agreement will be valid for 5 years with possibility of further extension by mutual agreement of the parties.
